I know my loyal fan has been wondering of my whereabouts and yes I did mean that to be singular. Grad school has finished and I am planned through the rest of the year. I have also been snowed in for a little less than a week now so what better time to return to my fab blog. Did I mention I'm getting a mani pedi now? Tough life!
A lot had happened since August and I have survived all of it. 2013 was good to me with wrapping up grad school with a 4.0 woop! Additionally, Trey got into dental school which couldn't make me happier! 2014 however has not been so kind. In just 30 days I have experienced an immune system that refuses to fight anything, finding a rat in my bathroom and having my apartment flood in the middle of the night. With all of the above I find it needless to say that I have not kept up on my resolutions. That being said, I am going to view February 1st as the beginning of the year and write off January as a fluke.
I am going to start working out on a daily basis to get toned and I'm also going to start cooking again ( an event that fell by the wayside as the school year and my responsibilities got more intense). Maybe now that they are written down for the world to see they may actually get done! Did I mention that I love getting my nails done?!
Anyway, once Trey is off work were going to go visit his mom who just had surgery and see his brother who we haven't seen in a long time. After that my mini winter break part 2 is over and it's back to the salt mines!
